Akzisehaus und Felix-Nussbaum-Haus, Osnabrück | Das historische Akzisehaus, ein Osnabrücker Zollhaus aus dem Jahr 1817, steht in direkter Nachbarschaft zum Felix-Nussbaum-Haus. Es gehört zum Museumsquartier Osnabrück und wird für kulturelle Veranstaltungen genutzt. In den Jahren 2026/27 dient es auch vorübergehend als Trauzimmer des Standesamtes. Das Bild vereint die architektonischen Gegensätze an diesem Ort: Das alte traditionelle Zollhaus vor dem im Hintergrund sichtbaren modernen asymmetrischen Museumsbau. Auch die Baumaterialien kontrastieren stark: Warme Naturmaterialien im Vordergund (Kopfsteinpflaster, Sandsteinpfeiler, Putzfassade) gegenüber Beton, Glas und Zinkblech beim Felix-Nussbaum-Haus. Die Spannung der Gegensätze löst sich unter einem lichtdurchfluteten Blätterdach in einer heiteren und friedlichen Atmosphäre auf. Für einen Moment gehört der Ort ganz allein den Betrachtenden und den eigenen Gedanken. Das Bild entstand am 08. Mai 2011, ein Gedenktag, an dem im Jahr 1945 der Zweite Weltkrieg in Europa endete. - Realized with Pictrs.com
